Bultaco Kits for Alpina, Sherpa T, Sherpa S, Matador, Frontera, Pursang and Metralla
Alpinas and Sherpa Ts.
Alpinas and Sherpa Ts use the same size carburetors in general according to size. Early ones have the carburetor mounted to a flange, while later ones mount to a rubber sleeve. Below, you can select the engine size and the type of mount for each model. Kits come with the proper adapter. When switching from an AMAL, Mikuni, or Bing carburetor, your throttle cable should work. We offer new Venhill cables it you are in need of one.

Matadors
Our kit for the 250cc Matadors (MK3, MK4 & MK5) uses a 30mm OKO carburetor, jetted for it. Included in the kit is a flange adapter, bolts to replace the studs and extra jets for fine tuning and elevation differences.
Model 10 Sherpa T
Model 10 Bultaco Sherpa Ts were equipped with an IRZ carburetor that mounted to the manifold as seen in the two right photos above. Our kit can use the existing manifold if the smaller diameter end is cut off. Then we can use a sleeve to mount the carburetor. We chose to replace this manifold with a slightly later flange manifold as used on later Sherpa Ts and Alpinas. This meant filing back a couple of the cylinder's fins, as shown in the photo above. Just select which way you intend to mount the OKO and we'll send the appropriate sleeve or adapter. We have some manifolds that work for flange mount. See @page bottom.
Frontera 250 & 370
The 250 Frontera uses the 32mm OKO K-104 series carburetor. Either the 32mm or the 34mm can be used on the 370, the 32mm giving better low end power and the 34mm giving a bit more top end. Kits for both models come with a new rubber manifold sleeve. You can select the size you want from the drop-down box regarding size.

Pursang 250 & 370
We have kits for the 250 and 370 Pursangs. The 250 uses an 30mm K-101 and 370 uses the 38mm K-104. The 250 kit comes with a flange adapter or new manifold sleeve. The 370 kit comes with a new manifold sleeve.
Pursang 250 & 370
Sherpa S 200
This kit is for Bultaco Sherpa S 200s. These are 28mm flange mount kits. They come with a flange adapter and extra jets for fine tuning.
Metralla 62 200cc
This kit is for Bultaco Metralla 62s. We use a 26mm OKO jetted for the 62. It comes with a flange adapter and extra jets for fine tuning. The issue with using the OKO is that the stock air filter does not fit the end of the OKO without modification. We offer either filter A or B if you need one.
Frontera Kits
This manifold is from an early Bultaco Alpina. We used this manifold when putting an OKO on a Model 10 Sherpa T. We have also used it on other models, like the MK2 Metralla to level and give a little more space for a filter. We have a few of these in stock if you need one. Price is $40.
Metralla MK2
Metrallas could come with different sized carburetors. We have gotten the best performance from the 30mm OKO PWK so our kit uses this size. We offer a basic kit which includes a flange adapter. You may add to this, a Venhill Universal throttle cable, the above Alpina manifold, an air filter and a Domino throttle as shown below. (We don't carry the velocity stack shown, since it was purchased elsewhere.)
