Kits for Honda TL 125 


The kits for the Honda TL 125 come as either a basic kit or a deluxe kit.  The basic kit includes a 19mm OKO D Slide carburetor and a manifold adapter.  The deluxe kit also includes a Domino throttle, Venhill throttle cable, and a UNI Filter with airbox hose.  If your TL125 has a big bore kit, taking it near 150ccs, then we provide a 21mm OKO.  This kit is a great improvement over the stock carburetor, giving more power and better throttle response.  For TL125s from 1976 on we use a different manifold adapter so be sure to select the proper year.

The kits for the Honda TLR 200 come as either a basic kit or a deluxe kit.  The basic kit includes a 21mm OKO D Slide carburetor and a manifold adapter.  The deluxe kit also includes a Domino throttle, Venhill throttle cable, and a UNI Filter. with airbox hose.  If your TLR200 has a big bore kit, or has an aftermarket free-flowing exhaust then we provide a 24mm OKO.  This kit is a great improvement over the stock carburetor, giving more power and better throttle response.

The kits for the Honda TL250 come as either a basic kit or a deluxe kit.  The basic kit includes a 24mm OKO D Slide carburetor and a manifold adapter.  The deluxe kit also includes a Domino throttle, Venhill throttle cable, and a UNI Filter.  This is a great impovement over the stock carburetor, providing more power and better throttle response.

The kits for the Honda CRF 230 come as either a basic kit or a deluxe kit.  The basic kit includes a 26mm OKO D Slide carburetor for relatively stock motors, or a 28mm for engines that flow better due to mods like an aftermarket exhaust.  It also includes a sleeve for the carburetor so it will fit the manifold and a sleeve for the airbox hose, as pictured in the photo below.  The deluxe kit also includes a Domino throttle and a Venhill throttle cable.  This is a great impovement over the stock carburetor, providing more power and better throttle response.  Please note:  Our tests on a stock 230 indicate the 26mm to be the best choice.  You can choose the 28mm if your engine is freer flowing, but we've found the 26mm to be the overall best choice
