The Suzuki RL 250 was not jetted correctly from the factory, and over time, many of the manifold flanges became warped, making sealing an issue. Check to make sure your manifold is not warped. If it is it should be filed/sanded flat. Our kit provides a manifold adapter. This can be used with or without the heat block. We don't stock this particular heat block so it is not included in the kit and is not needed. We got the best performance from the 26mm. It comes pre-jetted for the RL250 and includes extra jets for elevation changes and fine tuning. We have not tried heating the air boot, but customers have told us they do and that it will stretch over the OKO's intake. Since we haven't done this ourselves, we include a sleeve for the stock air boot
Our customers helped us develop this kit for the PE 175. We use a 30mm OKO D slide carburetor, available in metallic or black. It is jetted for the PE 175 and includes extra jets for different elevations and for fine tuning. We believe, but are not certain that all the PE 175s have a removable rubber sleeve manifold, though we have heard some may have a non-detachable manifold. The kit comes with a replacement manifold, but if yours is not detachable, let us know and we will sleeve the OKO spigot instead. It also comes with an air boot sleeve. The existing air box hose may need to be cut back about half an inch. This kit will wake up the PE 175, improving over-all power and throttle response.
